Test Security Plan

Prepared by the Nevada Department of Education Office of Assessment, Data and Accountability Management. Approved by the Clark County School District Board of Trustees. This plan is subject to change based upon the Nevada Department of Education and the State Board of Education’s policies and procedures.

Emergency Plan

We in the Clark County School District (CCSD) place a high priority on protecting the safety of our students and employees. In emergency situations, if everyone knows what to do, all involved can Stay Calm and Stay Safe. This letter will inform you of how you and your child can stay safe in an emergency.

ELL Student Rights

Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 388.406, Rights of English Learners (ELs) requires all districts to develop policies to support and improve academic outcomes for ELs. The NRS extends school districts' responsibility to collect and report data on ELs, aiming to enhance transparency and accountability in the education they provide. Schools support the implementation of NRS 388.406 by verifying the posting of the Rights of ELs in the fall of each year and by reporting EL participation in athletics and extracurricular activities in the spring of each year.
